or otherwise known as the "Little Bang Theory"...
the story of tidbit proposes an alternate theory toward the cosmic inception/development of the Universe. Rather than all universal matter being packed into one infinitely dense singularity, (as the BIG BANG theory suggests) the story of tidbit speculates the universe grew/expanded/developed from a single atom/tidbit of matter. This bit of matter came into existence after two neutrally charged particles amid an infinite field of neutral particles came into contact with each other. At that moment of impact the universe began and the heat/light/radiation from the collision caused a mutation/transformation... from neutral/neutral to positive/negative. And so... a single positive/negative tidbit of matter (hence Hydrogen) was introduced into the infinite array/matrix/field of neutrally charged particles (i.e. INFINITE NEUTRALITY). If this were true, then the attractive/repulsive nature of this dualistic bit of matter would have pushed and pulled at the surrounding neutrally charged particles causing an expanding succession of quantum collisions/atomic transformations thus initiating a Cyclical Snowball Effect which led to the formation/Evolution of The Chemical Elements.
However, similar to the Big Bang it is believed that the beginning stages of the Universe or the initial "Snowball" of atomic matter contained mostly hydrogen and helium atoms until these atoms coalesced through gravity to form stars that exploded at the end of their life cycles, thereby creating the extreme temperatures and pressures necessary to produce the rest of the Chemical Elements (other than those made by man).
the story of tidbit goes on to suggest that The Cyclical Snowball Effect is the reason our Universe is increasing in size at an increasing rate. As the story goes... "as more matter is exposed, the faster our Universe grows." Like the old snowball rolling down the hill idea... the Universe is also increasing in mass and momentum simultaneously.
The word "Cyclical" is used to describe this theory because (as the story of tidbit proposes) all matter was created from neutral, all matter is attracted/tethered to neutral, and it is this continual gravitation toward neutral that has caused the ongoing development of matter throughout our Universe. That is to say... after the first neutral/neutral impact, the first positive/negative tidbit of matter "Cyclically Snowballed" back on itself (through magnetism) to create the Universe. (Actually, Cyclically "Fireballed" would be more thermally accurate but a Fireball doesn't carry the same mass and momentum associations.)
Nevertheless, the simplest way to say how these two cosmic inception/development ideas differ is...
Big Bang proposes that the Universe began as a infinitely dense singularity.
Cyclical Snowball proposes that the Universe began as a singularity within the infinite... i.e. a single atom within infinite field of neutral particles.
